People like to describe who they are with titles, accolades, and major milestones in their life. Not that those things aren't important or worth talking about , but I just want to take a different approach. When working with clients, I like to first find out about them and let them know about me and how we can work together to reach whatever goal we set. Anyone can send magazines and maps and tell you they're the greatest Realtor in town, but when it comes down to it, you need to be represented in a transaction that is the single most important and expensive investment there is to make. How many times have you heard a friend or family member say, "The Realtor we used didn't take us by a thing we talked about" or "The Realtor took us by homes that were way out of our price range". The truth is, the Realtor was probably a good person, but really didn't understand it's really all about you, the client, and what you say you are looking for and willing to spend to make it happen. I pride myself on listening and learning about my clients so I can put all the tools at my disposal at work for you. I retired from the US Navy after serving 22 faithful years as a Navy Master Diver; I am a licensed Coast Guard Captain, and for the last four years my business is Real Estate~FULL TIME! Having earned my Brokers license and designation as an ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), I'm sure I can help you in a friendly professional manner and get the job done.
Thank you,

Insurance >Home Warranties
You have just found a new home that you love and are planning to place your current home on the market. When the day arrives for your first open house, you begin to think of all of the things that could break down or go wrong. The air conditioner may stop working or your trusty old dishwasher might "bite the dust" the morning that the structural inspection is scheduled. Purchasing home warranty protection is one way to reduce these worries for you and your buyer.
The most popular warranty plans cover the home from the time it is listed until one year after the closing date. Although the details of these policies vary, there is usually a standard deductible of $35 to $100 (this amount differs from state to state). Many sellers purchase these warranties to make their property more attractive to potential buyers and to limit their liability in the event that a problem is discovered after the closing.
